First Samuel / 第1サムエル 16:12-13

And the Lord said, Arise, anoint him: for this is he. Then Samuel took the horn of oil, and aanointed him in the midst of his brethren: and the bSpirit of the Lord came upon cDavid from that day forward.

主は仰せられた。「さあ、この者に油を注げ。この者がそれだ。」サムエルは油の角を取り、兄弟たちの真中で彼に油をそそいだ。主の霊がその日以来、ダビデの上に激しく下った。
